Nevada Secretary of State

The Nevada Secretary of State is the primary business filing office for the state, governing the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities under NRS Chapters 78–92. The office also administers the state business license program, trademark registration, notary public commissions, UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings, and the Nevada State Business Portal (SilverFlume).
