ClearedPath is the applicant's guide. Type what you want to do, and ClearedPath identifies every permit, license, and approval you need across city, county, state, and federal levels. It generates a step-by-step roadmap with fees, timelines, agency contacts, and direct links to application forms.
Checkpoint is the agency's engine. It reviews incoming permit applications for completeness, automatically notifies applicants about missing items, and ensures that only complete applications reach human reviewers. Reviewers spend their time on decisions, not paperwork.
Together, they create a faster path for everyone: applicants know exactly what they need, and agencies get applications that are ready for review on arrival.
